We have a 2-year hassle free warranty that only covers products only from the date of shipping until the end of the 2 year detailed in the warranty. There are many cases that arise regarding warranty related misunderstanding and that’s why we advise all our customers to read and understand the terms and conditions of the warranty. It will be clear to you only after reading and understanding the warranty the goods that will be covered.
We have a 60 day return policy for customers that may want to return the product there are two ways that we approach; we will first ascertain if the god has arrived in its original condition, if the product has additional or is destroyed it will be rejected immediately or in other case we may replace with another system or given a refund.
1. Get the RMA number and return address
Please contact us directly and tell us the details firstly. We will get back to you in 1-2 business days and provide the RMA Number and Return adress for you.
Every returned product must have its RMA number on the return shipping label and in the box, this is for easy identification, sorting, repair and fast response on your product progress.
2. Check the status of your product
All products that are being returned for repair must be in their original condition and need to be covered under the warranty. It is recommended to check on the status of the product you want to return if it has incorrect parts which do not match with the original package.
Please contact us within 30 days from the date you returned it. This will enable us to identify the problem and check for unfit materials that may cause further damages.
3. About the Return Cost
We don`t charge the return fee on products that have been returned within 60 days from the date of receiving.
4. Refund or Replacement
We will refund or send you a new replacement in 1-2 business days after we receive your return package.
